Harlem RBI and DREAM Charter School are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking leader to serve as Director of Information Technology (IT). Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of IT will work to align the enabling capabilities of technology with Harlem RBI and DREAM’s organizational objectives and long-term strategic goals. In order to ensure flexibility in adapting to changing industry needs the Director of IT will work to identify important technology issues for the leadership of both organizations and advise on the need for timely technology investment. Additionally, the Director of IT will lead Harlem RBI's internal IT team in the management of day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure maintenance, as well as plan and execute new IT projects and initiatives. The selected applicant will also manage external relationships with external IT vendors, outsourcing partners, and developer consultants and offer technical guidance on provider contracts.
Harlem RBI is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as an Evaluation and Assessment Assistant. This role reports directly to the Evaluation and Assessment Manager and will work to ensure the effective aggregation, management and use of data across all Harlem RBI programs.
Harlem RBI is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Major Gifts Manager. The Major Gifts Manager will support the Director of Development in developing and implementing strategies to effectively cultivate, solicit and steward major donors. REAL Kids Social WorkerHarlem RBI is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Social Worker in the REAL Kids (Reading and Enrichment Academy for Learning) comprehensive after-school program. The Social Worker will be a member of Harlem RBI’s Social Work team and support the REAL Kids program in addressing the social, emotional and developmental needs of youth and families. The Social Work team receives ongoing professional development in multiple areas of practice, including TFCBT and Family Systems.
Harlem RBI is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a senior program leader to oversee the flagship program of Harlem RBI in order to provide capacity for expansion.
Harlem RBI is seeking dynamic individuals to serve in a one year Coaching Fellowship in a year-round enrichment program for middle and high school youth. The Team Enrichment Coaching Fellows will work collaboratively with a team of staff and volunteers to support the positive development of youth and deliver core program components.
Harlem RBI is is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Program Coordinator for the Team Enrichment program. The Program Coordinator will act as a case manager for approximately 36 high school youth in Harlem RBI’s Team Enrichment Program. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for fostering and tracking youth progress towards defined program outcomes.
