Make a difference in the life of a young person today. It will change your life.

Harlem RBI wouldn’t exist without volunteers. In 1991, it was volunteers who transformed an abandoned, garbage-strewn parking lot into two baseball diamonds for East Harlem youth, ultimately founding Harlem RBI. Today volunteers still form the backbone of Harlem RBI, which relies on a diverse corps of over 100 volunteers in a range of positions to run its award-winning programs.

We are currently recruiting for volunteer tutors and coaches. Click on the link to read more about each opportunity.

“Harlem RBI has been a tremendous part of my life. It has done as much for me personally, as I hope I’ve done for the kids. If you go into it with your heart and soul, the rewards are great.” — Joe Fravola, Harlem RBI coach since 1992
