In 2011, Harlem RBI launched a capital campaign to fund the development of an innovative mixed-use community facility in East Harlem. In addition to supplying Harlem RBI and DREAM Charter School with a state-of-the-art home, this visionary project will provide affordable housing, a public park and more than 500 jobs for the community.
