The New York Community Trust and New York Magazine announced today the 10 semifinalists for the 2012 The New York Community Trust—New York Magazine Nonprofit Excellence Awards. Now in its sixth year, the awards honor outstanding management practices and encourage innovation and communication among New York’s large and diverse nonprofit community.

The final three winners will be announced on November 15.
