REAL KIDS LEAGUE
Harlem RBI’s REAL Kids program serves boys and girls, ages 9-12. This intramural summer program introduces youth to the foundations of baseball and softball.

Comprised of 16 co-ed teams, REAL Kids participate in daylong programs every Monday-Thursday afternoon throughout the summer. In the mornings REAL Kids team members engage in literacy, teambuilding, and other youth development programs at Harlem RBI’s headquarters. In the afternoons REAL Kids play baseball and softball.

The Real Kids participants are divided by age into two leagues:

The Roberto Clemente League (Ages 9-10) – Six teams of co-ed youth play a modified form of Little League.

The Jackie Robinson League (Ages 11-12) – Six teams of boys build on baseball fundamentals.

The Sharon Robinson League (Ages 11-12) – Four teams of girls build on softball fundamentals.
